Control Burn Policy - Every day the Fire Marshal advises Dispatch if control burns are allowed. Please contact Dispatch for approval prior to burning. They will let you know if the Fire Marshal approves of control burns for the day and take your information so that your local area Fire Department can be notified in the event that they or we recieve smoke sighting calls. Instructions to Burn

In order to burn we request that you call in on the Admin lines first and we will let you know if the County Fire Marshal has a “Burn Ban” in effect in which case we’ll let you know if it is ok to burn for that day. Then we ask for your name, address and Phone number and give you instructions prior to burning so that we can let your district fire dept know.
