PUBLIC NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM AT
TORRANCE COUNTRY FAIR HERITAGE ASSOCIATION MEETING
Pursuant to § 10-15-1, NMSA 1978, notice is hereby given of a possible quorum
of the Torrance County Fair Board at the following locations and dates:
EAST TORRANCE SOIL & WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
EDUCATIONAL BUILDING 701 Tenth Street, Estancia, NM 87016
March 16, 2026 6:30 PM
This is not a formal meeting of the Torrance County Fair Board, and no Fair Board
business will discussed or acted upon.

A Notice of Possible Quorum is issued to inform the public that a quorum of members of a governmental body may gather, typically in informal settings, without conducting official business at Torrance County Fair Events. Possible Quorum at the following locations: Torrance County Fair Grounds, East Torrance Soil and Water Conservation District Education Building
