A Notice of Possible Quorum is issued to inform the public that a quorum of members of a governmental body may gather, typically in informal settings, without conducting official business at Torrance County Fair Events. Possible Quorum at the following locations: Torrance County Fair Grounds, East Torrance Soil and Water Conservation District Education Building
The County Fair is a community celebration that brings everyone together each year. Citizens come together to socialize, learn and enjoy good local food and entertainment.
