Fair Ground Rental/Lease

Torrance County Fair Building Rental FAQ's

• Rental Rates Main Fair Building

                Mon-Thur $150/Day

                Fri-Sun    $250

                Rental fees must be paid as soon as possible to hold the reservation date.

• Damage Deposit $250 Refundable after building damage/cleanliness inspection

                Check is preferable for damage deposit, will be returned after building inspection

                Cash deposits will be refunded by a check issued from Torrance County to the person listed on the rental agreement.

• Certificate of Insurance for the event or general liability must be provided
  
  
• Insurance may be purchased at www.gatherguard.com 

                Venue code is OB31-010 (“O”scar, “B”ravo three one- zero one zero)

• No alcohol allowed on premises (may result in forfeiture of damage deposit)

Torrance County may cancel reservations at any time due to unforeseen circumstances with a full refund.

A lessee may cancel a reservation with at least 1 week (7 days) notice for a full refund.

Torrance County may charge higher rates as it sees fit based on the use of the facilities.
