This Public Notice is being posted in the event there may be a quorum of the Torrance County Board of Commissioners attending the County Wide Meeting this Monday July 31st, 2017 beginning at 6 P.M. Administrative Offices of Torrance County, Commission Chambers. This discussion is not intended as an official meeting of the Torrance County Commission and no deliberation or action of the Commission will occur, but the Commissioners may ask questions and participate in the discussion.
