Important message from County Manager Janice Barela:
With the Governor lifting the mask mandate in New Mexico effective immediately, the Torrance County Administrative Offices will be open completely to the public beginning Tuesday, February 22, 2022 (Closed February 21, 2022 for President's Day). The doors will be unlocked during normal business hours. We will no longer require screening of the public.
Torrance County's Administrative Offices are closed Wednesday February 2, 2022 and Thursday February 3, 2022 due to inclement weather. We will be open again on Monday February 7, 2022.
This is a friendly reminder that the Torrance County Admin Offices will be closed, January 17, 2022 in observance of the holiday. Thank you for your understanding.

The September 22, 2021 Regular Commission Meeting has been cancelled due to lack of quorum. The next Commission Meeting will be held October 13, 2021 at 9:00 AM.
During the regular meeting on September 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. the Torrance County Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the revisions to the Torrance County Solid Waste Ordinance No.94-12.
On December 9th 2020, The Torrance County Safety Committee presented our annual Safety Performance Awards.
