The Torrance County Road Department start the week cleaning cattle guards on Chavez Road and be transporting the roller to Valley Trail to start prep work; then hauling materials to start that project Tuesday. There will also be two blade operators working in both the southwest and central parts of the county. We also have a new member of the crew who will start training this week.
