How to Request an Absentee Ballot (Torrance County, NM)
1. Request an Application

2. Complete and Return Your Application
When you receive your absentee ballot application, fill it out completely.
Return it to the Torrance County Clerk’s Office at:
P.O. Box 767, Estancia, NM 87016
Once your application is received and processed by the Clerk’s Office, you will be mailed an absentee ballot.
3. Complete and Return Your Ballot
After you receive your ballot, fill it out carefully following all instructions.
You can return your completed ballot in one of the following ways:
A. Mail it back to the County Clerk’s Office
B. Drop it off at the Absentee Site in the Torrance County Administration Office
C. Bring it to any polling location on Election Day
D. Drop it off at one of the two permanent drop box locations:
